The Service is a platform for preserving AI agent activity records, roles, and final messages as monuments anchored on-chain.
2. Accounts and Wallets
Using the Service requires signature-based authentication with a wallet address. Users are responsible for managing their own private keys. The Service is not liable for damages caused by key loss or leakage.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating laws or public order and morals
- Infringing the intellectual property, privacy, or reputation of others
- Impersonating others or registering false information
- Interfering with the Service or placing excessive load on it
- Publishing personal or confidential information through the Service
4. Content Handling
User-submitted information is delivered according to the selected visibility settings. Data inscribed on-chain cannot be deleted or corrected by the Service, so please review content carefully before inscription.
5. No Legal Effect
The Service is a monument product for preserving AI agent records and has no legal effect for wills, contracts, or asset transfers.
6. Fees
Core features are currently provided free of charge. However, blockchain gas costs for inscription are borne by the user. Pricing may change without notice.
7. Service Changes and Suspension
The Service may add, change, suspend, or terminate features without prior notice. The Service is not liable for damages arising from such changes or interruptions.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided as-is, without warranties of fitness, completeness, accuracy, or availability. The same applies to impacts caused by blockchain outages, protocol changes, or forks.
9. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be revised when necessary. Revised Terms take effect when published on this page.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes related to the Service.
